Welcome to SwapNatin. These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for accessing and using the SwapNatin website and app. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SwapNatin.

1. What SwapNatin does

SwapNatin is a platform where people can discover and post items and services and contact other users about potential swaps, sales, or service arrangements. Unless a specific feature clearly says otherwise, SwapNatin does not own, inspect, store, ship, or guarantee user-listed items and does not act as a party to agreements between users.

2. Accounts and accurate information

Provide information that is accurate and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Listings and user conduct

You must have the right to post the content and offer the item or service described. Listings should be honest, current, and not misleading. Do not post scams, counterfeit or stolen goods, illegal or prohibited items, threatening or harassing content, or content that violates another person's rights or applicable law. Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, spam users, or manipulate listings or engagement.

4. Swaps, purchases, services, and meet-ups

Users are responsible for checking an item's condition, confirming availability and terms, verifying the other party, and deciding whether to proceed. Discuss details clearly before meeting or making an exchange. Choose a safe public location when meeting in person, inspect items before completing an exchange, and do not share sensitive personal or financial information unnecessarily. Any payment, delivery, service, or exchange arrangement is between the users unless a specific SwapNatin feature expressly states otherwise.

5. User content and reports

You remain responsible for the content you submit. By posting content, you permit SwapNatin to host, display, and process it as needed to operate and promote the service. You may report content or users that appear to violate these terms. We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep SwapNatin available and functioning, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, the platform and user listings are provided without a guarantee that another user, item, service, or proposed transaction will be reliable, safe, lawful, or completed.

7. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SwapNatin is not responsible for disputes, losses, injuries, misleading listings, failed exchanges, or conduct arising directly between users. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes or termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law. We may limit or terminate access for violations or to protect the service and its users.
